ATLANTIC
REGION - FALL CONVENTION
This year's
Fall convention for Atlantic Canada and Eastern Quebec WAS AWESOME
and can be summarized in one word: SNOW.
Conditions at Mont Ste. Anne (MSA) were the best they have been for
years and we matched last year’s record attendance. Thank you to
everyone who turned out.
We host the event at Mont Ste. Anne because of the great ski
conditions and challenging terrain it provides for our clinics that
prepare our members for the upcoming season. We aim to improve the
convention every year. In response to membership feedback, we added
a Level 3 Exam Prep for those who have already taken the course and
we also enabled people to register and pay Online.
This year we also hosted the National Annual General Meeting, in
addition to our own AGM, where all the regional representative
positions for CSIA-Atlantic were up for election. Congratulations to
Lloyd Gagnon (New Brunswick) Dave Tattrie (Nova Scotia) David
Thompson (Prince Edward Island) and Jim Ryan (Newfoundland and
Labrador).
Check out these pictures from the
convention. |
